Synergist's shareholder approached Indus to guide the sale so that it could further focus on other software activities.

This led to the sale of the shares in Synergist to It's Us from Amsterdam. It's Us offers various software solutions, such as business process automation based on Exact Software, as well as proprietary and in-house developed integration and information solutions, all aimed at improving efficiency and customer insight.
