Sale of Luttikhuis Beheer to Brookhuis Taxivervoer

Aug. 2024 - The Deals & financing team has proudly assisted the shareholders of Luttikhuis Beheer with the sale to Brookhuis Taxi Transport.

Luttikhuis Losser is an established name in the Twente region with over sixty years of experience in passenger transport. Luttikhuis offers various types of transport services such as care transport, funeral transport and discover transport. They also provide transportation for FC Twente's opponents at home matches.

In 2019, Brookhuis already took over the coach operations from Luttikhuis Losser. After this, the contact was maintained and now the cab and passenger transport business will also follow. Both Luttikhuis Losser and Brookhuis perform a lot of transport activities for WMO clients. For Brookhuis, this is a great addition to their existing activities and they also expect to achieve many synergy benefits in this aspect.
