Van Losser Groep acquires D.A. Schoots & Zn.

The partners of D.A. Schoots & Zn VOF, Gradus and Rob Stap, have sold their company by means of an asset transaction as of July 10, 2025 to Schoots Installaties Tiel B.V., a newly founded company by the Van Losser Group in Rijssen. With Gradus and Rob staying on, the good relationship with clients and suppliers will continue unchanged.

Schoots & Zn was founded around 1930 and is based in Tiel. In the past 94 years the business has grown from a small organization to a specialist in advising, designing, realizing and maintaining heating and sanitary installations, roofing, zinc work , plumbing, heat pumps and ventilation systems. There are 13FTE employees , plus some part-timers and hires. Customers are contractors, businesses, owners associations, developers, housing associations and private individuals. The business operates mainly in the Tiel region, with the main locations being Tiel, Geldermalsen and the municipality of Buren/Neder Betuwe.
