Reinstaat B.V. joins the Maron Group

With the acquisition of Reinstaat Schoonmaak & Bedrijfsdiensten B.V. by the Maron Group, a new chapter has begun for the organization. Founder Jefta van der Meijden hands over the baton to Bas Tham, allowing Reinstaat to grow further within a solid and professional structure.

The transaction was accompanied by Finance Solutions on the seller's side. From Diligence , Tsjip Boersma acted as adviser to the buyer. Thanks to the pleasant cooperation between all parties involved, the entire process went smoothly and in a constructive atmosphere.
