We are proud to announce another successfully guided transaction: Maron Groep B.V. has acquired Wekke | BBM Schoonmaakdiensten. Diligence acted in this transaction as acquisition advisor to the Maron Group.

About the parties:
Maron Groep, headed by Bas Tham, is a leading player in the cleaning industry. Maron Group offers a broad, fully in-house cleaning package. Its services include regular cleaning maintenance for offices, real estate, education, child care and public spaces, supplemented by window cleaning and facade maintenance. In addition, the group provides specialist cleaning, including facade cleaning of aluminum and plastic, graffiti removal, telescopic washing, high-pressure cleaning, deep cleaning, floor maintenance and building finishes. Greenery and maintenance, facility and sanitation services are also part of the offering. With more than 350 employees, its own equipment and more than forty years of experience, Maron Group has established itself as a full-service cleaning partner that takes care of customers completely, from daily maintenance to the most specialized cleaning issues. Maron Group actively invests in regional strengthening and quality-oriented entrepreneurship, including through previous acquisitions of Reinstaat B.V. (2024), NDS Diensten B.V. Wekke | BBM Cleaning Services, founded and led by Bob van der Wekke, has been a trusted name in the industry for more than 40 years. The service package includes office and daily maintenance, completion cleaning and deep cleaning, supplemented by glass and facade cleaning, facade impregnation and graffiti removal. In addition, Wekke | BBM Cleaning Services provides industrial and specialty cleaning, including CO₂ dry ice blasting, sodium bicarbonate blasting, steam cleaning, mechanical and ultrasonic cleaning, and cleaning of production lines, ceilings, walls and pipes according to HACCP regulations. Floor maintenance, natural stone restoration, porter services and additional facility services are also part of the offering. Characteristic features are the use of only our own, permanent employees, short lines of communication and clear agreements, as a result of which customers from a wide range of sectors, from offices to factories and industrial kitchens, are completely relieved of their concerns.
