Diligence advises on the sale of Stalku Geveltechniek to Weerschild Group

The Weerschild Groep has recently acquired the activities of Stalku Geveltechniek from Zoetermeer . The company will continue its activities under the name Stalku Gevelprojecten.

With this acquisition, the Weerschild Group strengthens its position in the market for aluminum and plastic facade elements in the western Netherlands. Both businesses will retain their own identity, characteristics and customer groups, but will cooperate intensively to combine knowledge, experience and capacity. This will enable them to serve customers even better and achieve further growth and innovation.

Diligence acted as adviser to the seller in this process. The guidance was provided by Tsjip Boersma, who brought the transaction to a successful conclusion in good cooperation with all parties involved.
