Takeover NDS-Diensten B.V. by Maron Groep

We are pleased to announce that the shareholder of NDS-Diensten B.V. (owner Nanda Duarte) has sold her business to the Maron Group, headed by Bas Tham. This step means an important strengthening of the Maron Group in the Almere region.

In this transaction, Diligence advisor Tsjip Boersma acted as adviser to the buyer. Thanks to the good cooperation between all parties involved, the acquisition process proceeded quickly and purposefully.
