De Rietschans is a renowned hospitality location on Paterswoldsemeer with a long history and a wide range of restaurant, terrace and event activities.
The financing is in line with the entrepreneur's ambition to further professionalize the operation and strategically strengthen the location to complement his existing hospitality business.
De Valck Dealmakers acted as financieel adviseur and was responsible for preparing the financing memorandum, coordinating with financiers and guiding the financing process from start to finish.
It has been a journey that gave me a lot of energy. Not only because of the special location and the rich history of De Rietschans, but especially because of the entrepreneurship and the clear vision of the entrepreneur. Lorenzo sees opportunities to further develop the restaurant, while respecting what is already there - and that makes such a takeover extra nice to work on.
