The transaction
DHW Corporate Finance Finance assisted the Sellers in all aspects of the sale process to CivielCo. The activities included supervising the negotiations, calculating the various purchase scenarios, determining the reinvestment and coordinating the due diligence carried out by the Buyer and checking and elaborating on the documentation and contracts drawn up.
