Purchase transaction Weerschild Group

CROP Corporate Finance Finance has advised and guided Weerschild Group on the acquisition of Stalku Geveltechniek.

Weerschild Groep(www.weerschild.nl ) has taken over the activities of Stalku Geveltechniek from Zoetermeer. Together they are even more strongly represented in the market for aluminum and plastic façade elements in the western part of the Netherlands.

Both businesses retain their own identity, characteristics and client groups, but benefit from each other's knowledge and expertise.
