After nine years of diligently building child care ZoBlij in Gasselte, Monique and Henk van Rein decided it was time to take a step back and transfer their organization. For guidance in this process, they engaged Company Brokers . Together with Maickel Gommers they looked carefully at the situation and the various possibilities.

Five months later, on April 1, the process was successfully completed and Skid from Vries took over ZoBlij's operations. The two organizations were no strangers to each other, which ensured a pleasant, open collaboration and a process in which trust was central.

Thea Hooijer, director-director of Skid, says she is very happy with the addition of ZoBlij to the organization:

"Not only do the vision and working methods of ZoBlij fit well with those of Skid, but the location of the site fits perfectly within our operating area. With this, we strengthen our presence in the region and can further ensure the quality and continuity of child care."

Monique and Henk van Rein are confident that their 'baby' is in good hands at Skid. They look back on the past years with a good feeling and are now preparing for a new phase, in which they will enjoy themselves and look confidently to the future.
