SiebenEndstra acquires Carlogic

From the network we got in touch with Jan Stam of Carlogic. At Carlogic they understand the power of smart thinking. As a leading importer and distributor in the Benelux for brands such as Dinitrol, Dekalin and Indasa, they offer innovative and high-quality maintenance and repair products.

Around the millennium Jan decided to start his own business and has built a great business over the past 25 years. The last 10 years together with Patrick Jungeling.

Then comes the time when Jan will sniff his retirement, while Patrick, some 20 years younger, wants to continue working in the business for years to come. Patrick does not yet have the "pennies" to take over the business, so a dilemma. How to proceed?

Together with Company Brokers we searched for a suitable party who could offer a solution. That was found in SiebenEndstra.
