Assignment:
In mid-2017 we were engaged by Jaap Harmsen and Corry van Herpen, the shareholders of Pensioen Perspectief BV in Vorden for a future orientation and then guidance on the sale of their business. Pensioen Perspectief BV is a nationwide consulting firm for actuarial, civil and tax law pension issues with an excellent reputation among employers and works councils.

Action:
We did not simply market the proposition, but together drew up a short list of parties with whom a good match was expected. The criteria were positioning with employers/OR, excellent quality and complementarity.

These parties were approached by John Oostveen and tested on the formulated assumptions. The information package we prepared was then made available. Subsequently, in-depth discussions were held with several parties, ultimately resulting in a preference by the Sellers for Triple A Risk Finance BV in Amsterdam. The ideal combination with regard to the objective of improving the market position and achieving synergy benefits.

Result:
After a consultation and negotiation phase, the shares were transferred on August 30, 2018. The Buyer engaged experienced specialists for the book review and contract work. From John Oostveen's network, a highly experienced attorney was engaged to supervise the contractual part of the process.
