Assignment:
Multi Fysio B.V. is a practice for physiotherapy, located at multiple locations throughout the Haaglanden region. The mission of the practice is to guide its clients to an optimal form of functional movement.

Founder F. van Trigt has built this practice in recent years into a thriving business with 10 permanent staff and a flexible pool of specialists. Now that he is of age, he would like to transfer the practice to his business manager P. Flaton, who has been active within the organization for quite some time.

Action:
Buyer, Mr. Flaton engaged us first of all for a check on the valuation prepared by the seller's adviser, as well as for advice on financing the acquisition. The financing was realized "simply" by bank. We assessed the value and shared our findings with buyer and seller.

Results:
We then supported the buyer in the negotiations and conducted a book examination on his behalf. During the finalization of the sale, we supported the buyer, with a good result that was confirmed by both buyer and seller during a well-attended reception for customers and stakeholders.

Seller stays involved for advice and as ambassador where needed, buyer will realize his ambitions as entrepreneur of a beautiful business.
