La Gro Geelkerken advises founder on sale of Green Simplicity to GreenV.

Green Simplicity, a specialist in daylightless crop growing, recently joined GreenV. GreenV is an international group of horticultural suppliers. The bundling of knowledge and technology in particular enables parties to advise and support customers worldwide in the development of innovative growth concepts that enable them to get more potential out of a crop. The founder and sole shareholder of Green Simplicityis assisted in the sale by specialists from La Gro Geelkerken Advocaten.

The work included legal advice and negotiations on behalf of Green Simplicity as well as recording the agreements in the contract documentation.
