Strategic collaboration between the Versluys Group and Pro traffic

LGGA accompanies and advises the Versluys Group in its collaboration with Pro-Traffic.

The Versluys Group is a leading and innovative road construction and traffic engineering business. Within the Versluys Group all the disciplines necessary for good and safe roads are available.

Through a participation in Pro-Verkeer B.V. by subsidiary company Versluys Verkeerstechniek B.V., an extra step is taken in carrying out work for construction or maintenance of Dutch roads as safely as possible. Pro-Verkeer's traffic controllers are of high quality and professionally trained as nationally authorized traffic controllers.

The M&A specialists of La Gro Geelkerken Advocaten have guided and advised the Versluys Group on the establishment of the participation in Pro-Verkeer and the design of the cooperation focused on the future. LGGA's deal team consisted of Rob de Bruin, Mathijs Arts and Patrycja Chelmiak, and financial advisers from Facet Accountants and Advisors worked together.
