LGGA advises founder/owner EV Company on acquisition of AutoBinck Group

The merger and acquisition specialists of La Gro Geelkerken Advocaten(Mathijs Arts, Patrycja Chelmiak) have advised and assisted the founder and owner of EV Company in the acquisition of EV Company by AutoBinck Group.

EV Company will be added within AutoBinck to the Ebinck division, which focuses on making sustainability solutions more widely available to individuals and businesses, such as solar panels, home sustainability and energy storage. Thanks to EV Company, this will now include charging infrastructure for EVs.
