Oostvogels Group is a logistic service provider with establishments in Hazeldonk and Belgian Meer. The activities of the company consist of transport, distribution, warehousing, silo storage and packaging aimed at, among others, the food processing industry and the chemical sector.

The Transaction
Oostvogels Group operates after the takeover with its 165 employees under its own name within Neele-Vat Logistics. After this takeover, Neele-Vat Logistics has eight hundred employees, spread over twenty branches in nine countries.

Van Oers Corporate Finance has assisted the sellers during the entire acquisition process, including the valuation, drafting the information memorandum, finding the buyer, the negotiations, the due diligence and the coordination in drafting the acquisition contracts.
