Royal Peterson and Control Union Group B.V. (RPCU) has acquired a majority stake in Delphy Groep B.V.. Rembrandt M&A has assisted the seller in realizing this transaction.

The acquisition will combine Delphy's deep domain expertise with the already established international network of RPCU offices, benefiting more countries and supply chains.
