Acquisition of Herenbos by AB Vakwerk

AB Vakwerk has acquired 100% of the shares in Herenbos. Rembrandt M&A assisted the buyer in realizing this transaction. With this acquisition AB Vakwerk strengthens its market position in North Holland and in the polders of Flevoland. It is also expanding its activities further into South Holland with the acquisition.

Following our involvement in drawing up the acquisition strategy and the acquisition of ATO Bedrijfstrainingen, Rembrandt M&A again assisted the buyer in realizing this transaction.
