Rhenus Beteiligungen International GmbH acquires Nederlandse Transport Maatschappij B.V. ("NTM") from @Sievert Logistik Auslandsbeteiligungen GmbH in a cross-border transaction.

Sievert is a family business with a history of more than 100 years. The specialist for exclusive building material and logistics solutions employs about 1,700 people at 60 locations in Germany, Europe and China. The Sievert Group includes the logistics division under Sievert Logistik SE, which offers individual logistics solutions and the organization of complete logistics chains.

The logistics business NTM has a fleet of over 30 vehicles and can look back on almost 50 years of business history. NTM specializes in professional silo transport for dry bulk goods and warehousing. NTM's business transport network is cross-border, with strong hubs in the Benelux, Germany, northern France and Denmark.

The Rhenus Group is a global logistics service provider with annual sales of €7.0 billion and 37,500 employees at 970 locations.
