We advised SULO on the purchase of Toma's operations. SULO is Europe's leading provider of innovative solutions in waste sorting and collection. They offer solutions in cost-efficient and sustainable waste management. TOMRA is focusing on the packaging collection business, with special focus on new markets in Europe that are opting to adopt a deposit system. Thus, SULO is strengthening its position in the Netherlands to include balers in sales, rental and service in addition to the business of sales and service on 2-wheel containers, 4-wheel containers, waste bins and underground systems, among others.
