Takeover EMQ Logistics by Léon Vincent (LVO Group)

Pellicaan Advocaten advised the shareholders of EMQ Logistics B.V. with the takeover by the LVO Group of shares in EMQ Logistics B.V.

The LVO Group accelerates its development strategy through the acquisition by being able to offer EMQ's important branches for European logistics in Rotterdam, Schiphol and Tilburg.

EMQ represents an essential gateway to Europe for the geographic network the LV Overseas Group is developing. Specializing in general cargo, EMQ will be able to rely on LV Overseas' recent establishments in Asia to consolidate volumes on this trade to generate synergies within the group. EMQ also has extensive experience in rail transport, allowing LVO to gain new knowledge in line with its goals of reducing CO2 emissions.
