Service providers ilionx and QNH have reached agreement on a far-reaching cooperation. The intention is to eventually operate as a joint entity on the ICT market. The transaction should be seen in the light of last year's acquisition of ilionx by investment company Egeria according to Floris Waage, partner at Egeria.

This cooperation creates a (medium) sized ICT service provider with over 800 employees and over 100 million euro revenue. The new combination will be led by Wiebe de Boer (CEO), Erwin van den Bosch (CFO), Hen Snackers (COO) and Dolf-Jan Mulder (CTO). For the time being, ilionx and QNH will continue to operate under their own names. Wiebe de Boer, CEO of ilionx: "There has long been a strong and growing demand for ICT services, especially from larger businesses in the Netherlands.

We will certainly strengthen each other in the field of Microsoft and Java technology and with about 150 joint BI experts we will become one of the largest players in the Netherlands. Hen Snackers, CEO of QNH, is also pleased with the agreement: "Our specializations complement each other very well. QNH has an important position in telecom, industry and retail, among others, while ilionx, for example, is more specialized in the healthcare sector. We are both strong in the financial sector."
