Description

TSS has taken over Centric's housing corporation operations. The acquisition involves employees, intellectual property and the solutions housing corporations use to do their work. Customer services will be continued under a new brand name by the new company Hercules Social Housing B.V., a subsidiary of TSS. Hercules uses the software solutions Key2Wocas and WocasOnline, among others, for this purpose. Key2Wocas is an ERP solution that supports the primary processes of housing associations.

In particular in WocasOnline, which supports our customers in their digital transformation. A number of them are already using this new technology. However, the housing corporation business no longer fits within Centric's strategy, in which we choose to focus more."
