Transport company N. Oud and Sons sold to strategic player

Transport company N. Oud en Zonen B.V. from Zwaagdijk-Oost has sold the business to a strategic player in the market.

Due to the lack of succession within the family to take over the more than 100 year old family business, MKB Advies Partners was engaged in the search for a suitable takeover candidate, which was found in another transport company from the market, taking into account the position of the employees, the clients and the continuity of the company.
