Match Plan assists Lucassen Group with valuation

Match Plan has assisted Andra Tech Group with the valuation of various intangible fixed assets for Lucassen Group. The valuation was required in connection with the accounting treatment of various acquisitions in accordance with the guidelines for annual reporting. This was done by performing a Purchase Price Allocation (PPA).
