Match Plan has assisted Only Creative Entrepreneurs with the acquisition of Marcommit, as part of Only's active buy-and-build strategy. Marcommit's services include strategy, public relations, content marketing and digital marketing.

Role of Match Plan

Match Plan guided and advised Only throughout the acquisition process. Among other things, Match Plan provided the proposition, conducted introductory interviews, drafted and negotiated the offer, coordinated the due diligence process and provided support to the relevant lawyer in drafting and negotiating the transaction documentation.
