Match Plan assisted 10forKIDS in sale to Kibeo

Match Plan has assisted owners Tineke Hendrikse and Nicole Colijn of 10forKIDS with the sale of their shares to Kibeo.

About 10forKIDS

Since 2010, 10forKIDS has provided Christian childcare in Den Haag and Vlaardingen. They cooperate with Christian elementary school and attract parents from diverse backgrounds, including Christian, expats, and different ethnic groups.

The focus is on full-day care with generous opening hours, attractive furnishings, extensive outdoor play areas and high quality standards. There are also permanent faces in the groups.

Role of Match Plan

Match Plan assisted and advised the shareholders of 10forKIDS throughout the entire process. Among other things, we helped with:

• Drafting an information memorandum and longlist
• Conducting introductory interviews with interested buyers
• Analyzing and providing guidance in assessing the bids
• Conducting negotiations with the selected interested buyers
• Drafting and agreeing the letter of intent
• Agreeing the final transaction documentation
