Role of Match Plan

Match Plan has supported Weener Plastics with a variety of valuation issues in the preparation of financial statements, including the annual impairment test of goodwill. An impairment test is an examination to check whether the value in the accounts still matches the actual value of a business. In fact, intangible assets (think goodwill or brand name, for example) may be impaired. This often occurs when market conditions have changed.
