Match Plan guides VCK Logistics with PPA (Purchase Price Allocation)

VCK Logistics has engaged Match Plan in the execution of the Purchase Price Allocation. This request was made in response to financial reporting purposes when preparing financial statements. A Purchase Price Allocation, or Cost Price Allocation, defines the way in which a company incorporates the purchase price of an acquisition into the financial statements. Match Plan assisted Rollema in this regard with the valuation of intangible assets.

Janssen Group of Companies made several direct and indirect acquisitions within the sector in 2022.
