Van der Toorn Personenschade was founded in 2000 and over the past 20 years has helped more than 15,000 people to a just maximum compensation. With offices in Voorburg, Rotterdam, Ede and Aalten they operate throughout the Netherlands. With more than 20 personal injury specialists on staff, they are able to provide optimal service to their clients.

We have assisted the shareholders of Van der Toorn Personenschade during this sale process. During this process we drafted the information memorandum, approached candidates, carried out negotiations and performed the formal transfer acts at the notary. Our cooperation led to the successful completion of this process.
