Match Plan has guided the shareholders of UBO Agency with the acquisition of ContentXperience. The acquisition allows the businesses to serve their common target market in the IT sector even more effectively. This is the second acquisition in UBO Agency's active buy and build strategy.

They specialize in branding, digital marketing, content creation, website analytics and marketing automation. They strive to work data driven and use various advanced data platform, analytics and marketing automation tools for this purpose.

Role of Match Plan

Match Plan assisted and advised the shareholders of UBO Agency throughout the acquisition process. Among other things, we provided guidance in identifying potential companies, approaching parties, guidance from the letter of intent to the preparation of transaction documentation. Together with accountants, we completed the book review, contracts and contact with the notary.

The assignment was carried out on behalf of Match Plan under the responsibility of Rens Knevels, Matthias Duijzer and Sophie Koelma.
