Match Plan guides sale equity stake of In-lite to 3d investors

3d investors becomes majority shareholder of In-lite, Dutch market leader in premium outdoor lighting. Together with founder and CEO Jürgen van Dijk and the in-lite management team, 3d investors will help in-lite to further grow internationally in the coming years. The management team will remain operationally active and financially connected in and with the company. With this investment, in-lite can take the next major steps in realizing its international growth ambitions and further strengthen its market position in, among others, the United States and Canada.

In-lite

In-lite is based in Gorinchem, has approximately forty employees and designs, manufactures and sells leading premium outdoor lighting based on low voltage. It has a strong focus on medium and high segment gardens which are sold and installed through garden professionals. In-lite lighting is used in several high-end projects such as luxurious Resorts & Hotels, several starred restaurants at home and abroad and the most exclusive private gardens. The business is the market leader within its segment in the Netherlands and exports to more than 20 countries, including Scandinavia, Germany and Belgium and has built a nice market position in the USA and Canada. In-lite's mission is to turn every outdoor space worldwide into a unique place to enjoy the evening to the fullest.

Role of Match Plan

Match Plan advised In-lite throughout the entire process. Among other things, we assisted in:

• Drafting an information memorandum
• Conducting introductory interviews with interested buyers
• Analyzing and providing guidance in assessing the bids
• Conducting negotiations with the selected interested buyers
• Advice on the letter of intent
• Coordinating the book examination
• Final negotiations towards closing
