Match Plan assists STEMDA with valuation

Match Plan has supported STEMDA with assessing the value analysis in accordance with agreements in the shareholder agreement, which was prepared by the auditor of Hands on Investments 2. STEMDA was a shareholder of Hands on Investments 2 and offered its shares to the majority shareholder.
