Match Plan guides Sif with a rating

Match Plan has supported Sif with the valuation of the right of use of the Sif brand name and logo by a party abroad. This right of use had to be valued in the context of financial reporting obligations under International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).

About Sif

Founded in 1948, Sif is a company with a solid track record with some 600 employees, of which about 50% are permanent employees. Initially making only large and thick tubular steel structures, the business now provides complete monopile foundation solutions for the offshore wind industry. Wind farm developers can turn to them for foundation design, fabrication, corrosion protection and logistics services such as storage and transshipment. Sif has two production sites in the Netherlands: Roermond and Tweede Maasvlakte - Rotterdam.
