Match Plan guides Mijndomein with valuation

Match Plan has supported Mijndomein with a valuation in the context of the proposed establishment of the STAK (Stichting Administratiekantoor) and participations of the employees. The activities can be divided into 4 'columns', namely Online, Lease, Shared Mobility and Energy. For the opricting of the STAK, the columns and Mijndomein as a whole need to be valued.

About Mijndomein

Mijndomein started to make the internet accessible for everyone by making affordable domains easy to register. Mijndomein can be divided into 4 columns: Online, Lease, Shared Mobility and Energy.

Online operates as a service provider in the field of online presence (including domain names, hosting and web shops). Online includes the entity Mijndomein Online and all its equity interests in operating companies. In addition, Weave falls under Online.

Lease offers private and business leasing services from the entity Mijndomein Auto and its subsidiaries Mijndomein Autopark and Mobility Heroes. Due to the strategic choice to develop in the field of partial mobility, these activities will be phased out.

The services related to shared mobility are offered under the column Shared Mobility and consist of offering a technical platform for white label shared mobility and services related to roundtrip shared mobility with use of cars at own risk. The services related to shared mobility fall under Mijndomein Energie & Mobiliteit B.V. and consist of the following entities: Wheels4All Holding, Mijndomein Carsharing, Juuve Carsharing, MobyOne, Buurauto and Amber.

Finally, Mijndomein offers energy services at cost in the Energy column. Customers pay for a subscription for the product or service they use. Energy services fall under Mijndomein Energie & Mobiliteit B.V., consisting of the following entities: Mijndomein Energie, Zonnefabriek, Huurdezon Holding, EnergyZero Group, Ecoconcepts, Woon Duurzaam and Fluctis.
