Match Plan assists Knijn & Damsma with sale to HC Partners

Match Plan has assisted Jef D amsma of facility services provider Knijn & Damsma with the partial sale of the shares to his new partnerHC Partners. The joint ambition is to accelerate growth into a nationally present, but regionally oriented facility services provider. Part of the growth will also come from acquisitions.

About Knijn & Damsma

Knijn & Damsma was founded in 1997 and is based in Heemskerk. As a facility services provider, it operates in the areas of cleaning, window washing, facade cleaning and specialist cleaning. In 2018, in addition to Knijn & Damsma, Knijn & Damsma Leisure was also established. Knijn & Damsma Leisure focuses specifically on cleaning and managing vacation homes, parks and hotels. The wide range of services, with a strong focus on quality, ensures that the company can completely relieve its clients in the area of facility services.

Role of Match Plan

Match Plan has assisted and advised the shareholder of Knijn & Damsma throughout the process. Among other things, we helped with:

• Drafting an information memorandum and longlist
• Conducting introductory interviews with interested buyers
• Analyzing and providing guidance in assessing the bids
• Conducting negotiations with the selected interested buyers
• Drafting and agreeing the letter of intent
• Coordinating the book examination
• Agreeing the final transaction documentation
