Dentist Today, based in Eindhoven, is a fast-growing chain of dental practices and dental laboratories with a unique identity. Since its inception in 2015, Dentist Today has grown from a single practice to a chain with multiple practices and laboratories . Thanks to solid growth in recent years, Dentist Today currently offers a full range of services while maintaining the personal touch and atmosphere of local clinics. Dentist Today is a rapidly growing platform that delivers high-quality dental care.
We guided the shareholders of Dental Practice Ivoren Toren during the sale process. This included drafting the information memorandum, approaching candidates, negotiating the transaction documentation and conducting the formal transfer at the notary. Our cooperation resulted in a successful completion of this process.
