Match Plan assists investment company Ondernemend Kapitaal in acquisition of Pronk ergo

Match Plan has again assisted investment company Ondernemend Kapitaal with an acquisition. Ondernemend Kapitaal recently acquired 100% of the shares in Pronk ergo, a specialist for home modifications.

Role of Match Plan

Match Plan has advised Ondernemend Kapitaal from the moment they had the concrete interest in Pronk ergo. Among other things, we carried out a high-level valuation, coordinated the book examination, arranged the bank financing, drafted the transaction documentation and subsequently discussed and negotiated it.
