Match Plan has supported Intero Intetgrity Services with the valuation of various intangible fixed assets. This valuation of intangible assets is required in connection with the accounting for the acquisition of Pipetel Technologies, in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standard number 3 ("IFRS 3") "Business Combinations."
