Match Plan has assisted the owners, Henk Wouters and Marlie Wouters, of Hewo Raamdecoratie with the sale of 100% of the shares to its new owner Suncoblinds.

Suncoblinds is a business that has been supplying window decorations since 1968. They have a diverse collection of high-quality products and manage the production process in-house. With their own transportation on fixed routes, they deliver throughout the country. The business strives for sustainability through environmentally friendly packaging and the use of solar energy and waste heat. In short, Suncoblinds specializes in window decoration with a focus on diversity, in-house production and sustainability.

Role of Match Plan

Match Plan assisted and advised the shareholders of Hewo Raamdecoratie throughout the entire process. Among other things, we helped with:

• Drafting an information memorandum and longlist
• Conducting introductory interviews with interested buyers
• Analyzing and providing guidance in assessing the bids
• Conducting negotiations with the selected interested buyers
• Drafting and agreeing the letter of intent
• Agreeing the final transaction documentation
