Match Plan assists Full Frame in selling to Only

Match Plan has assisted the shareholders of the creative agency Full Frame in the sale of shares to their new partner, Only Creative Entrepreneurs. This is the third addition for Only in 2024. Full Frame will continue to operate under its current name and from their current location in Tilburg.

Full Frame, based in Tilburg, is a creative content agency with a full range of film and content strategies in industries including energy, healthcare and education. The agency typically enters into long-term collaborations with its clients and has a loyal client base, in addition to project-based assignments. Founded in 2009 by Joris Vorselaars, Pepijn Robben and Ton Vorselaars, Full Frame has grown over the past 15 years into a professional team of about 25 content creators.

Match Plan assisted and advised Full Frame's shareholders throughout the entire process, including drafting and discussing the information memorandum, approaching potential parties, assisting with the book examination and preparing the transaction documentation at the notary.
