Match Plan assists Fransen Gerrits with valuation

Match Plan has supported Fransen Gerrits with the valuation of various intangible fixed assets. This valuation of intangible fixed assets is required in connection with the accounting treatment of the acquisition of Theeuwes Mengvoeders, in accordance with the guidelines for annual reporting.

About Fransen Gerrits

Fransen Gerrits, founded in 1897, is a producer of animal feed. The business produces feed for pig, cattle and rabbit farming at locations Erp, Veghel, De Rips and Ulicoten. The business produces approximately 850,000 tons of feed. They also have their own laboratory and production development and their own storage and transshipment facilities. On June 1, 2022 the business acquired 100% of the shares of Theeuwes Mengvoeders including its subsidiary Theeuwes Moonen.
