Match Plan guides Finchtree with PPA (Purchase Price Allocation)

Match Plan has assisted Finchtree with the execution of the Purchase Price All ocation of GES Rotterdam B.V. This PPA has been prepared by Deloitte and is required in connection with the accounting for the acquisition of assets by GES Rotterdam B.V. in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standard number 3 ("IFRS 3") "Business Combinations".
