Match Plan accompanies Falke & Verbaan on sale to Zorg van de Zaak

Match Plan has accompanied part of the sale process of Falke & Verbaan. With the acquisition, the new owner, Zorg van de Zaak, strengthens its position as a leading consultancy in the field of sustainable employability. Falke & Verbaan will remain recognizable and independent within Zorg van de Zaak, while maintaining their own service concept. They will collaborate with other labels within the network for joint clients, while existing collaborations with other partners remain intact.

About Falke & Verbaan

Falke & Verbaan is a consultancy firm, founded in 1991 and based in Eindhoven, that specializes in sustainable employability and absence management. With more than 100 consultants, absence coaches and trainers, they primarily support large organizations through a behavioral view of absence. Their services include implementation of self-management, advice on occupational health services, absence coaching and case management. They also offer solutions such as organizational analyses, training for managers, and group interventions such as Perspective at Work (POW), which are in line with the mission of the Zorg van de Zaak Network: 'Everyone stronger at work'.

Role of Match Plan

Match Plan assisted Falke & Verbaan's shareholders with analyses and a valuation of the company to determine the final sale price. We also reviewed and advised on the Letter of Intent (LOI).
