Match Plan assists Evada Beheer with valuation

Match Plan has supported the shareholders of Evada Beheer with the assessment and negotiation of the value of the shares. The reason behind the valuation is a buyout procedure of a minority shareholder.

Evada Beheer is the parent company of KE Fibertec. KE Fibertec, with over 35 years of experience, develops, manufactures and sells "good indoor climate." In other words, air distribution systems based on textile technology. The principle is to ensure draft-free and even distribution of air-conditioned air through a custom-made textile air duct. In almost any environment, the technology offers the possibility of passive or active ventilation, cooling and heating in different zones with a single system.
