Match Plan has assisted Dick Brandwijk of Brandwijk The mapakketten and Promo. nl in the sale of 100% of the shares toAVerest Capital.

About Brandwijk

Brandwijk was founded in 1982 and started as a cheese and delicatessen store in 's-Hertogenbosch. 5 years later the switch to Christmas packages was made. Currently they are located in Zaltbommel and consist of two different business activities, namely Brandwijk Theme Packages and Promo.nl. Brandwijk Themapakketten focuses on developing, putting together, and selling sustainable Christmas packages. Promo.nl focuses on selling personalized gifts and items. They have specialized in sustainability and are currently the leading player in the market in the field of sustainable Christmas hampers.

About AVerest Capital

AVerest Capital, founded in 2018, is an investment company based in Breukelen. They have made multiple investments in industries as diverse as lifestyle and fashion, kit sealing, home & living, gifts and seating. Averest Capital 's focus is to bring together strategic, financial and operational market knowledge, an extensive network and access to growth capital.

Role of Match Plan

Match Plan assisted and advised Brandwijk 's shareholders throughout the process. Among other things, we assisted with:

• Preparing a valuation of the business;
• We supervised the entire sales process from A to Z, i.e. from drafting the information memorandum, approaching parties, supervising the book-building process to checking and monitoring the transaction documentation.
