Match Plan assists Aquilum group in acquisition of WGA Counselors

Aquilum group, specialist in the field of sustainable employability for employees, expands with the acquisition of WGA Raadgevers. By combining knowledge and expertise, employers throughout the Netherlands can be better supported in managing absenteeism and the cost of claims. This transaction is part of the buy-and-build strategy that Aquilum Group will implement in January 2020 together withKarmijn Kapitaalstarted. Meanwhile, this is the 6th acquisition that Match Plan has completed jointly with Aquilum group.

WGA Raadgevers is a specialist in the field of absenteeism claims management. Employers are faced with enormous costs when (former) employees become eligible for ZW and/or WGA benefits. As a professional legal advisor and with many years of experience, WGA Raadgevers is able to achieve claims management through effective scans and solutions.
