Match Plan assists Alles Kids in a management buyout

Match Plan has assisted shareholder Mirelle Kessels of Alles Kids with the partial sale of her shares to her partner through a management buyout. In a management buy-out, one or more members of the incumbent management take over the company.

About Alles Kids

Alles Kids is a children's center in Ospel, Limburg. It is a small-scale, committed and independent childcare center offering care for children between 0 and 13 years old. The childcare center consists of a group for daycare, a preschool program and a BSO. At Alles Kids the VVE-method (early childhood education) Uk & Puk is used. This is a way of working within child care where the different developmental areas of the children are stimulated through play and activities. The aim of the method is to prepare children for elementary school and to identify and reduce any (language) deficits in good time.

Role of Match Plan

Match Plan has assisted Mirelle Kessels of Alles Kids Children's Center during the entire process of transferring her shares to her business partner. Thus, we described the activities of the company, performed a high-level valuation according to the DCF method, and prepared an analysis of risk aspects.
